RadiusAI, a global leader in Vision AI solutions, today announced the promotion of Raghu Nakka to Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, Raghu will lead the strategy, development, and expansion of ShopAssist™, RadiusAI’s flagship AI-powered retail checkout platform. His appointment marks a pivotal step in the company’s mission to transform brick-and-mortar retail through cutting-edge AI solutions that deliver frictionless, intelligent automation.
Before joining RadiusAI, Raghu spent nearly a decade at CVS Health, where he held various leadership roles in PBM, Pharmacy, and Retail business lines of CVS Health. He pioneered in bringing the latest innovative technologies and solutions to CVS Health, most notably leading cloud and GPU-powered AI initiatives that optimized pharmacy operations and customer experiences. His leadership in building AI personalization improved medication adherence rates and drove customer satisfaction gains.
Raghu has been instrumental across various initiatives at RAI. His contributions have extended far beyond, providing valuable support to Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Product.
